I have researched what Tom’s background and listened what he has done and what he wants to do for Cape Coral. He has wrote many Editorials. He knows the City Budget better than the people running this City. He is a business determined determined to get the spending under control. With many years of controlling budgets I believe he has more than enough knowledge and common sense to do this.
