From the Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association, Inc.
What specific action you would take on the dais that would benefit the members of the NWNA?
Tom’s Response:
Northwest Cape is the most promising area for Cape Coral expansion. I am committed to getting projects completed faster and for less money like Festival, Crystal Lake, and Tropicana Parks. 7 Island Project, Burnt Store and Pine Island Road developments, D&D Marina and the creation of more canal access points into Matlacha Pass will enhance the lives of Northwest Cape residents for generations. Improvements to Coral Oaks Golf Course with a banquet center is also a great opportunity. Completion of Burnt Store Road and accelerating utility extensions throughout the area are essential for further development. Navigating government bureaucracy to make these opportunities successful requires a leader with my skills.
During my 37-years with The Boeing Company, I led and successfully negotiated major military defense contracts with governments around the world. I am uniquely qualified to avoid the roadblocks the Northwest will face moving these projects to fruition. I am a person of faith and conviction; it guides my actions. My experience will greatly improve the chances of success for the Northwest. Ultimately it is what the residents want that is important.
I am here to listen and when called, I will be ready to take action. God Bless Cape Coral.
